Counsellors are independent professionals who are solely responsible for the services they provide. The Company does not provide counselling services itself and does not supervise or direct the work of the Counsellors. 2. Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts to use the Services. 3. Appointment Booking and Payment * You can book appointments with Counsellors through the Company's platform. * Fees for counselling sessions are set by each Counsellor and are displayed on their profile. * You are responsible for paying the Counsellor directly for their services. The Company may facilitate payments through its platform, but it does not act as a financial intermediary. 4. Cancellation Policy Cancellation policies vary by Counsellor. You can find the specific cancellation policy for your chosen Counsellor on their profile. 5. Confidentiality The Company and the Counsellors are committed to protecting your confidentiality. All communication between you and your Counsellor is confidential, except as required by law or to protect your safety or the safety of others. Disclaimer The Services are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute medical or psychological advice.
