Appointment Booking and Payment * You can book appointments with Counsellors through the Company's platform. * Fees for counselling sessions are set by each Counsellor and are displayed on their profile. * You are responsible for paying the Counsellor directly for their services. The Company may facilitate payments through its platform, but it does not act as a financial intermediary. 4. Cancellation Policy Cancellation policies vary by Counsellor. You can find the specific cancellation policy for your chosen Counsellor on their profile. 5. Confidentiality The Company and the Counsellors are committed to protecting your confidentiality. All communication between you and your Counsellor is confidential, except as required by law or to protect your safety or the safety of others.
